SHOULD I KEEP MY GATE UNLOCKED?

Yes, please leave your gate unlocked on the day of your service; we will not climb or leap over fences.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

We can generally work in any kind of weather. Lightning, strong thunderstorms, and blizzards will keep us from working. In the event that we are unable to make up the job that week, we will remove any extra waste at no additional charge on your next visit!

BETWEEN YARDS, DO YOU SANITIZE YOUR TOOLS?

Yes, we thoroughly sanitize our tools after every service to stop bacteria from transferring from one yard to another.

DO YOU ALSO MAINTAIN COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS?

We do, in fact. We can create a clean-up solution specifically for large, active outdoor places, such as apartment complexes, dog parks etc. Additionally, we
are able to set up pet pickup locations and replenish the bags according to a schedule that suits you.

HOW WILL I RECOGNIZE YOU IF YOU ENTER MY YARD?

When working on your house, our professionals wear clearly recognizable uniforms. We also send you an SMS to let you know when the service is finished.

CAN MY DOG(S) BE OUTSIDE WHEN THE POOLICE IS SERVICING THE AREA?

You get to decide! Our service technicians are trained to recognize friendly or threatening dog behavior. Your scheduled pickup will be canceled if your dog exhibits aggressive behavior that prohibits us from cleaning up the yard. If you believe your dog will not interfere with us maintaining the yard, we would be thrilled to have their company!

When we are en route, we will call, text, or email you without hesitation. When registering for service, notify us on which notification you prefer!

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

We are, indeed. We are registered with the state of Illinois and have liability insurance to protect all of our employees, personal property, and pets! Our organization works with State Farm.

DO YOU OWN VEHICLES FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

We do, indeed! Every time a technician visits, they will show up in full work attire and a company truck.
